a romantic rendezvous
central location cosy bed
i adored how central this location was, i easily walked to many attractions. the complimentary shuttle to the waterfront made exploration easy and sweet. after a day of sights, i loved unwinding in the big, clean room with its cosy bed.
i found that the music from the terrace sometimes played too loudly. it did disturb the quiet i wished for in my room. perhaps there are ways to soften these sounds, so my time could be even more tender.

the hotel is central, allowing me walks to places like bo-kaap. i appreciated the frequent shuttle service to the v&a waterfront, it made trips simpler. hotel access to its own parking is a huge benefit too.

the staff seems friendly, quick, and willing to help, it felt warm. the reception team assisted me quickly with all my needs. i found them always looking out and very accomodating, this.

the room felt spacious and always well stocked for my visits. the bathroom includes soft towels, this feels lovely after long days. the housekeeping is good, they keep everything clean and very cute.

The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The water alternated between very hot and cold. It made showering quite UNPLEASANT. The executive lounge food options were inconsistent. Sometimes there was plenty of food, other times very little.
